Henry and Esther Iwunze are serial entrepreneurs, visionaries, and philanthropists who want people to be happy, to be loved, and to find peace. They created Yes To HomeCare to help people find this peace of mind with high-quality in-home care.

Esther is a trained geriatric nurse with a heart for the elderly and those who are disabled. While employed by other organizations, she discovered that she wanted to give her patients more care and provide more happiness than what was possible in those systems.

At the same time that Esther was becoming more driven to find ways to increase her patients’ happiness with high-quality in-home care, Henry’s father was in desperate need of in-home care in his birth country of Nigeria. However, nothing like in-home care exists in the West African country. As Henry’s mother struggled to provide support to her husband, Henry felt the anxiety and helplessness that comes with not having experienced home care providers to help his family.

Esther and Henry wanted to make a difference in the lives of others by reducing the pressure and uncertainty that people experience when they don’t have quality care for themselves or their loved ones. Henry, an engineer and a problem solver, quickly suggested starting a company to create solutions to address the issues they were seeing in the industry and facing themselves within their own family.

Henry and Esther’s dream of helping the people who need it the most became a reality when they founded Yes To HomeCare in 2013. Now, Yes To HomeCare is a Texas Licensed and bonded Premier Home Health and Home/Community Support Service Agency (HCSSA) that provides high-quality in-home care to clients and their families in more than 28 counties in the Greater Houston, East Texas, and North Gulf Coast regions.
